Mr. Brainius is the only coaching academy in India who conducts 121 coaching and mentorship to
people between 10 to 70 years of age to identify their innate potential of the human brain to achieve
success inIndia book of records, Asia book of records or even Guinness book of records. This will help
everyone improve their creativity to next level to showcase their inner talents to the outside world.

Terms & Conditions
- I agree with the flexible timings provided for practice.
- I am aware that 100 to 200 hours of training is what is given to everyone.
- I will not hold Mr.Brainius responsible if my child/ward discontinues in the middle for any reason whatsoever.
- Mr. Brainius may change the record title as it deems fit based on the child’s abilities at any given time and I agree to the changes.
- My child/ward will adhere strictly to the rules and regulations fixed by Mr.Brainius.
- I agree that any fee, once paid, is not refundable under any circumstance.
- Once a child joins, then I agree not to interfere in the selection process, directly or indirectly.
- I agree that all efforts have been given to all the children training in Mr. Brainius and I will not hold them responsible if my child/ward is not able to cope under any circumstance.
- I am also aware that the above-mentioned details are only for the candidates participating in India Book of Records.
- I consent to Mr. Brainius privilege to use the Record Certification in any advertisement, social media, or otherwise and/or websites for publicity purposes as it may deem fit.
- I understand and agree that all registration charges for each record will be over and above the fees payable.
- I also agree to pay whatever Government taxes or charges and levies payable and understand that they are subject to change from time to time.
